Given that the canals were particularly atresic (narrow), it was decided to follow the Crown Down technique with the removal of coronal interferences using EdgeGlide. Subsequently, it was straightforward to electronically determine the working lengths with a manual K-file /10.

EdgeGlide was taken to working length, and pre-shaping was completed with an Edge Taper Platinum S2 endodontic file, while shaping was finalized with an F1 file from the same system.
Three instruments were sufficient for the safe execution of a complex shaping procedure.
